How do I find out your availability?
As part of the booking process, we will provide you with a calendar displaying the dates and times when we are available.
What are my options if the weather is unfavorable?
In case of precipitation, we can capture interior media now and return later for the exterior. A "re-shoot fee" of $50 may apply for setting up equipment again. Alternatively, we can reschedule the entire session to the next available date at no additional cost to our clients.
How much in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance. If not possible, booking 3-4 business days ahead is advised to secure a preferred date. Occasionally, we can accommodate last-minute requests. Please contact us even if your desired date is less than 3 days away. We strive to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. For a prompt response, please use the "Contact Us" fields below.
What is a travel fee?
We provide core services in the RDU and surrounding area. A travel fee of $0.60 per mile is applicable outside of our core service area. If a travel fee is required, the client will be notified before the appointment. View our service area on our "Support" webpage.

How quickly can you deliver the finalized media after a session?
We deliver most services by the next day, allowing you to quickly showcase properties. Once you approve the media, we finalize it promptly. Videos may take slightly longer, but our speed and quality remain consistent.
What is included in the demo session, and are there any hidden costs?
No hidden costs. After booking, you'll receive an invoice the same day, detailing services and charges. We ensure transparency so you can focus on enhancing your real estate listings.
How flexible is your scheduling, and do you offer weekend or evening appointments?
We understand the demanding schedules of real estate agents, which is why we offer flexible availability—including weekend appointments on Saturdays and Sundays. Our up-to-date booking calendar makes it easy to schedule sessions without disrupting your workweek. How do you handle unfavorable weather conditions on the day of the appointment?
As your real estate media partner, we know the importance of showcasing properties effectively, even in bad weather. You have two options:

Free Rescheduling: Reschedule your session for better weather at no extra cost.

Interior Shoots First: Capture interiors on the scheduled day and return for exteriors later. A small re-shoot fee may apply, but this lets you continue marketing without delay.
What is your policy on rescheduling or canceling a booked session?
At A4 Designs, we minimize fees and don't charge for occasional rescheduling or cancellations. Please inform us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This flexibility ensures a seamless, stress-free experience, letting you focus on showcasing properties confidently.
Can you provide guidance on preparing the property for the media session?
We will send an email with a link to a checklist on our website. This provides guidance to prepare your property for high-quality media. Following these steps will enhance your listings' appeal to buyers. .
