  • With rush editing the media delivery time is reduced to less than 36 or 24 hours from the start of the editing process.  

  • Please note: The editing process typically starts the same day the images are captured. 

  • An email will be sent to the client once the editing process begins so that time is accurately tracked

  • Please note: This video is a duplicate of the "unbranded" video that is meant for MLS use. This video will be considered the "branded version" of the original unbranded video.

  • Overlays are text that appears through out the video.

  • Overlays are designed to inform the viewers of the media about the unique features of the property.

  • Overlays will appear in either the bottom left, bottom center or bottom right of the video

  • Please note: Client must provide the text that will be added to the video.

  • Overlays can have colors that match your brand colors

  • If you have an existing introduction that you want displayed at the beginning of the video this add-on is for you.

  • We add your custom intro to the video we create

  • Please note: Client must provide the custom files (tiffs, png, psd, mp4, mov) that will be displayed in the video.
