Who We Are

A4 Designs was founded with one purpose in mind, to provide professional marketing materials for real estate agents. You won't find any images of wedding ceremonies, family portraits, and animals on our website (not that we don't enjoy those types of media) but we only focus on real estate marketing media. Being that we are a local small business, we are happy to help real estate agents pair people with the perfect property for them and their families in our local community.

 

As a multimedia company whose products are at the core of the marketing strategy for agents, we know that great services and great products are nothing without great customer service. We go the extra mile to not only stand by our products and services, but we also pride ourselves on providing a 5-star customer service experience. A major part of our customer service experience is to offer turnkey solutions that allow us to capture the media agents' needs and provide them with the products they need to stand out as both a brand and agent.

WHAT'S OUR SERVICE AREA?

Our Service Area

Our primary service area is RDU and the surrounding Triangle communities. We start our coverage at the center of downtown Raleigh and spread out to a radius of 40 miles.  Below is a map of the area that we service.

INSIDE ORANGE BOARDER

  • Everything inside the orange border is within a 25 mile radius of downtown Raleigh and will not be subject to a travel fee of $0.60 per mile.

 

BETWEEN ORANGE AND BLUE BOARDER​

  • Everything outside of the orange boarder, but inside the blue boarder is within a 40 mile radius and is subject to a travel fee of $0.60.

 

OUTSIDE BLUE BOARDER​

  • Everything outside of the blue boarder is outside of our service area.

Prep & Tips

PREP & TIPS

Here are a few things to keep in mind so that we capture the best media possible to market the property.

AERIAL & EXTERIOR PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

  1. Please ensure that the property is as clean as possible, the exterior of the home is clean and the land is free of debris and/or items such as, water hoses, gardening tools, trash and recycling bins. If items cannot be removed, please hide them from view as best as possible.

  2. The driveway should be as clean as possible, free from debris and/or stains from motor vehicles.

  3. Please consider removing all vehicles parked at the property, whether the vehicle is functional or not. If the vehicle does not function, then it would be best to have the motor vehicle as clean as possible.

  4. Determine if the garage will be open or closed. If the garage is neat or clean, it can be left open. If the garage is not clean or organized, it is probably best closed. 

 

INTERIOR PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

  1. ​Please ensure that the home is as clean as possible, floors are swept and countertops are clean.

  2. Please make sure that all personal items such as soap, toothpaste and other personal items are hidden from view.

  3. Lighting plays a big part in capturing good photos. Please ensure that the bulbs are the same color in every room to ensure consistent lighting or there may be variations between the images.

  4. Please open all window blinds in the house to let in as much natural light as possible.

  5. If you wish to show the outside view of the property from the inside of the house, please raise all window blinds in the house. This is a requirement for the "Luxury Editing" add-on.

  6. Please turn off all ceiling fans in the house.

MATTERPORT VIRTUAL TOURS

  1. ​Please ensure that the home is as clean as possible, floors are swept and countertops are clean.

  2. Please make sure that all personal items such as soap, toothpaste and other personal items are hidden from view.

  3. Lighting plays a big part in capturing good photos. Please ensure that the bulbs are the same color in every room to ensure consistent lighting or there may be variations between the images.

  4. Please open all window blinds in the house to let in as much natural light as possible.

  5. Please turn off all ceiling fans in the house.

 

OTHER TIPS

  1. WEATHER: Please continuously check the weather forecast a head of time incase weather is bad on the day of the appointment and the appointment needs to be rescheduled. Please note, we do not do exterior services in the rain or during dangerous weather conditions

  2. ARRIVAL TIME: We try our best to arrive before or at the time that your appointment is scheduled for. We do ask that you allow for a 15 minute window after the start time of your appointment.

    • This window allows for us to account for unexpected traffic or any other unforeseen issues that our media specialist may encounter on the way to your appointment. Our specialist will contact you ahead of time if their estimated arrival time will exceed more than 15 minutes.

  3. INTERIOR LIGHTING: plays a big part in capturing good photos. Please ensure that the bulbs are the same color in every room to ensure consistent lighting or there may be variations between the images.

  4. CANCELLATION: We understand that things can come up that can affect your appointment, so we will try our best to work with our clients as much as possible. Please reply back to this email once you see there is a need to cancel your appointment and we will cancel your appointment.

  5. RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you reach out to us to cancel your appointment and then you can create a new appointment using our website. This will help you pick a date and time that works best for you and us

MEDIA DELIVERY

Media Delivery

We realize that our clients can't afford to waste time attempting to sort through images in a dropbox or google drive folder just to find the right images to post to the MLS, various websites or social media platforms.

 

To resolve the pain points related to the delivery of media, we created a media delivery process that is designed to allow our clients to see their images in a high resolution gallery, as well as download their media while on- the-go using a phone, tablet or computer. All without the need to use any cloud storage apps like dropbox, or google drive.  Media that requires a link to share or download media will be provided by way of email.

Invoicing & Paymetns

INVOICING & PAYMENTS

INVOICING

Say good bye to wondering when you are going to receive an invoice, guessing how much to pay and when you need to pay it. Our billing process allows for us to create and send an invoice shortly after an agent books an appointment. The invoice shows the due date, total due and services requested.

PAYMENTS

We've also removed the pain points when it comes to paying invoices. Now you can make an online payment right from the invoice. We also send out a friendly reminder email when the invoice due date is approaching so that you can focus on what you do best, selling properties!

 

Please keep in mind that before your media is fully accessible, your invoice must be paid in full. Any media that has not been paid for, will contain an "INVOICE PENDING" watermark until the related invoice is paid.
