OVERVIEW

  • With rush editing the media delivery is reduced to 12 or 24 hours or less from the start of the editing process.  

  • Please note: The editing process typically starts the same day the images are captured. 

  • An email will be sent to the client once the editing process begins so that time is accurately tracked

ADD-ONS
(High Resolution Images)

OVERVIEW

  • For digital media a resolution of 150 is acceptable but a higher resolution is required if the images will be printed and scaled to a larger size. 

  • With this add-on we increase the resolution of the image to 600 ppi or so that each image contains enough data that the image can be printed and scaled without any loss of detail.

(Sky Replacement)

OVERVIEW

  • We recommend this add-on for times when it is extremely cloudy (grey sky) on the day we capture photos at the property.  

  • With this add-on we replace the grey sky with a blue sky during the post editing process

  • Please note that this add-on applies only for the exterior images of the property

(Luxury Editing)

OVERVIEW

  • With this technique we focus on improving color accuracy and showcasing the property in the best possible light by reducing shadows due to lighting restrictions.

  • This add-on also allows for us to showcase more details inside and outside of the property by doing what is known as a window pull (if window blinds are in the up or open position).

  • This add-on is also part of the Luxury Package.
