HOW TO USE MEDIA FOR MARKETING

Welcome to our webpage dedicated to helping real estate agents effectively market the media they receive from us. In today's fast-paced world, it's more important than ever to have an online presence that stands out.

Our aim is to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to showcase the properties you're representing in the most visually appealing way possible. From adding virtual tours to the MLS to downloading the media we capture for you, we're here to help you take your marketing game to the next level.

Accessing Your Media

Who We Are

Below are the steps to download the images and video files that we provide.

DOWNLOADING PHOTOS & IMAGES

  1. Once your media is ready, you will receive an email from A4 Designs indicating so.

  2. Open the email and click on the "Download Images" button.

 3. A new webpage will appear with a "Download" button.

 4. Click the "Download" button.

5. A zip file containing the photos will be downloaded to your computer or mobile device. You will be prompted to select a folder for the downloaded media or files.

6. Unzip the downloaded zip file in order to access the images. Depending on the device's operating system, you may need additional software to unzip the file.

DOWNLOADING VIDEOS

  1. Once your media is ready, you will receive an email from A4 Designs indicating so.

  2. Click on the link associated with the video.

  3. A new Vimeo webpage will appear, displaying the video that you want to download.

​4. Click on the download icon located in the bottom right corner of the video.

​5. Once the menu is displayed, click on the download icon for one or more of the videos. It is recommended that you download all available files.

6. After clicking the download icon, the video will be downloaded and saved to a location on your computer or device.

Sharing Links To Your Media

SHARE MATTERPORT VIRTUAL TOUR LINK

  1. Once your media is ready, you will receive an email from A4 Designs.

  2. Open the email and locate the link associated with the Matterport tour.

  3. Copy the link for your personal records.

  4. Paste the link into the appropriate field or input box of the website or webpage you are using to view/show the virtual tour.

MARKETING TIPS USING MEDIA

Now that you have the media to market the property, what can you do with it? Below are a couple of ideas to help you make good use of the media and attract more attention to the property, thereby increasing your chances of selling it.

PHOTOS & IMAGES

  1. Use the best photos as the featured image on the property listing.

  2. Include additional photos in the photo gallery on the property listing.

  3. Share the photos on social media platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook, with a link to the property listing.

  4. Embed the photos on your personal website or blog

PROPERTY VIDEOS

  1. Share the video on social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with a link to the property listing.

  2. Embed the video on your personal website or blog.

  3. Showcase the video at open houses or property showings.

  4. Use the video as part of a targeted digital advertising campaign.

  5. Send the video to potential buyers who may be interested in the property.

MATTERPORT VIRTUAL TOUR​

  1. Use the virtual tour as a tool for remote showings to help buyers who are unable to physically visit the property.

  2. Send the virtual tour to potential buyers who have expressed interest in the property to give them a better idea of the layout and features.

  3. Incorporate the virtual tour into email marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers and encourage them to view the property listing.

  4. Use the virtual tour as part of a comprehensive marketing package to showcase the property to potential buyers and stand out among the competition.
