How do I find out your availability?
To start booking, select your desired date and time from our up-to-date calendar. We will double-check availability and email you to confirm or suggest an alternative if needed.
What are my options if the weather is unfavorable?
In case of precipitation, we can capture interior media now and return later for the exterior. A "re-shoot fee" of $50 may apply for setting up equipment again. Alternatively, we can reschedule the entire session to the next available date at no additional cost to our clients.
How much in advance should Ibook?
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance. If not possible, booking 3-4 business days ahead is advised to secure a preferred date. Occasionally, we can accommodate last-minute requests. Please contact us even if your desired date is less than 3 days away. We strive to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. For a prompt response, please use the "Contact Us" fields below.

What is a travel fee?
We provide core services in the RDU and surrounding area. A travel fee of $0.60 per mile is applicable outside of our core service area. If a travel fee is required, the client will be notified before the appointment. View our service area on our "Information" webpage. Note: Media delivery is contingent on payment of outstanding balances or fees.
Why do you only work with Real Estate Agents?
Real estate agents are knowledgeable about the real estate industry and understand what is required to sell a property. We aim to provide top-notch services, and we believe that leveraging the expertise and industry knowledge of real estate agents can help us achieve that goal.
I don't want to download my media from the email. Do you have another option?
Yes, we create a Google Drive folder for each of our clients. The final version of your media will be stored in this folder, and you will be given access to it once it is created. This way, you can access your media anytime you wish, right from your Google Drive folder.
