When describing the size of a property to a client, words can only convey so much. That's why providing actual video footage of the property's size can make a significant difference. This service is particularly useful for land without a home on it. By showcasing the land's boundaries and potential construction challenges, potential buyers can better understand the property's potential.

MUSIC: Our property videos are accompanied by carefully selected and licensed music. You can choose the music or provide a specific song, as long as it is properly licensed. Please note that verifying the licensing of the music is the client's responsibility.
Aerial videography is the process of capturing video footage from the air. With aerial videography, the focus is on capturing video footage of the property, the surrounding land, and any other noteworthy features that are visible from an aerial perspective.

Please note that we are licensed to operate drones (UAVs) for commercial applications, as required by law. However, there are certain areas (restricted areas) where we may not be able to operate drones without FAA approval. When we encounter a restricted area, we will make an effort to obtain pre-approval or inform you that we are unable to provide drone services in that area.
When can you expect the media to be delivered? With this service, the average turnaround time or delivery time is 24-48 hours, depending on the size of the property.

We price our services based on the square footage of the property. Below, you will find information for each square footage range we offer services for. We also provide the estimated time it takes to complete the service (Capture), as well as the delivery time (Delivery) for when you can expect to receive the media.

Sometimes you may require rush editing, high-resolution images. This is where add-ons come in handy, allowing you to customize the media to meet your specific needs.
RUSH EDITING
Rush editing reduces the media delivery time to 12 or 24 hours, or even less, from the start of the editing process. It's important to note that the editing process typically begins on the same day the images are captured. An email will be sent to the client once the editing process starts to ensure accurate tracking of time.

SKY REPLACEMENT
We recommend using this add-on when the weather is extremely cloudy (grey sky) on the day of capturing photos at the property. With this add-on, we can replace the grey sky with a blue sky during the post-editing process. Please note that this add-on only applies to the exterior images of the property.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How can I determine if you can fly a drone at the property?
We always check to ensure that we have clearance to fly a drone at a requested property. However, please note that if a property is within a 5-mile radius of a hospital heliport or airport, we will almost always need to request clearance (which may or may not be approved).
Are you licensed for aerial photography?
Yes, we are licensed (107 Certified) to fly a UAV (drone). We are fully compliant with the law and will not do anything to compromise that compliance if requested (known or unknown) by a client. If such a request is made, we inform our clients and explain why we cannot fulfill it. We also suggest alternative solutions as a compromise.
Have you encountered any problems while flying a drone?
No, we have not. Drones have come a long way, and we also use certain accessories to ensure that we fly our drones safely. We proactively check our equipment to ensure that it is in the best possible condition.
Do I need to have a house on the property to request aerial photos?
No, you do not need to. We will gladly capture aerial media to showcase land without a property.
Do you edit aerial images?
Yes, we do. While we do not offer luxury editing as an add-on for aerial media, we do edit the images to ensure that you receive the best media possible.
Can I order aerial images only?
Yes, you can. This is especially good for land that does not have a building or home on the property.
Will you fly the drone in bad weather conditions such as rain, snow, or heavy wind?
No, we will not fly the drone in bad weather. We consistently monitor the weather conditions to determine if it is suitable for capturing aerial media. If the weather is unfavorable on the scheduled day, we will propose alternative options to capture the requested media.
