SELECT

To get started, select the category that matches the service(s) you need. An orange rectangle indicates that a specific category is selected. Click the "Request to Book" button to select the package or individual service. invaluable.

Second, use our online calendar to schedule the date and time for the services to be performed at a property. Fill out our online form to provide us with the necessary information for scheduling the appointment.

Finally, a confirmation email is sent to the agent to approve the request and provide details about the scheduled appointment.

The email is usually received within an hour during business hours. If the request is made outside business hours, the confirmation will be received the next business day.

So, if you don't see a service in this section, it can be selected when you fill out our booking request form, which is presented after selecting your appointment date.

I need to schedule an emergency appointment. How should I do it?

If you are within 2 days of your desired appointment, you can send us an email using the "contact us" section. Alternatively, depending on the time of your visit to our website (during or outside our operating hours), you can use the chat button at the bottom right side of the website to inquire about available appointment time slots.

How do I cancel my appointment?

You can reply back to the initial service request approval email. This way, we will have the exact property information and be able to gather all the necessary information to cancel your appointment at our fingertips.

Can I book an appointment via text or phone call?

Unfortunately, you cannot book an appointment over the phone. The reason for this is that we require specific information about the property to ensure that we have all the necessary details to complete your service request.

I need to make changes to my appointment. How should I do it?

Please send us an email. You can reply to the original service request email or the reminder email that you will receive a day before your scheduled appointment. To ensure that we are able to meet your requests, we recommend replying to the initial service request email so that we can see the changes that need to be made. Additionally, the sooner we know your changes, the more likely we are able to adjust to them.

How far in advance can I book an appointment?

Our calendar is set for two weeks in advance. Normally, our calendar is up to date, but we always double-check to avoid any double bookings. We stop scheduling appointments two days before the desired date.

How far in advance can I book an appointment?

We will proactively reach out to ask for additional feedback. In these situations, we will already have a recommendation in mind. If it is only light rain, we suggest rescheduling for another day at no additional charge. If you need the photos taken on that day, we recommend allowing us to capture media inside the property and we will return when the weather is better to take exterior photos. Please note that this may result in additional charges. In the case of heavy rain or snow, we will have no choice but to reschedule.

I need to make changes to my appointment. How should I do it?

We monitor the weather and make adjustments as needed. However, we encourage you to also monitor the weather.

If there is a problem with my scheduled appointment, will you notify me?

Yes, we will notify you by replying to the initial service request email.
